The Valentine’s Day menu features fresh blue point oysters on a bed of crushed ice with homemade cocktail and Migonette sauces. Indulge in Sterling’s house salad with a mix of Mesclun lettuce and confetti of cucumber, radish, tomato and carrot served with your choice of dressing.Up next enjoy a 6-ounce Tournedos of filet mignon “Oscar style” topped with Alaskan king crab, fresh asparagus and fresh Hollandaise sauce. Satisfy your sweet tooth with chocolate cake served with raspberry cremeux and pecan nougatin in a gold sphere with raspberry and strawberry sauces.
