Positions Currently Available:

Catering and Convention Services Manager - qualified candidates must have previous experience in a high volume establishment, excellent communication skills and a solid sales background while presenting a professional image at all times. A strong background in Food and Beverage is preferable.

This position is responsible for all aspects of planning, oversight and post conference follow-up for convention sales groups and social catering functions

Public Area Supervisor - Assist and coordinate with the PAH Manager in establishing and maintaining standards of procedure to ensure the quality of cleanliness in public areas. Train all public area personnel in the operation of all equipment and the proper use of all chemicals. Salary. Bilingual in Spanish.

Executive Housekeeper - This position is responsible for the operation of the Housekeeping Department and to maintain the overall cleanliness of the Silver Legacy Hotel facilities that comprises of three towers with a total of 1700 rooms. Install and maintain measures of inventory control. Prepare cost analysis, institute capital improvements and control labor costs, all in coordination with goals and objectives established by the Director of Hotel Operations.  Must be knowledgeable in equipment and chemical use and have experience wit ha wide range of finishes and cleaning techniques. Develop and maintains cleanliness, service and productivity standards for all Hotel areas and coordinates training programs to achieve those standards.
