Room Reservation Policies and Disclaimers

• Check-in time 3 p.m./Check-out time 11 a.m.
• Travel agents are not eligible for commission on all rates.
• All reservation requests must have the first and last name of the adult occupying the room. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT A ROOM. Valid ID (Identification) required upon check-in.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• No pets allowed (assistance animals only).
• Groups of 10 rooms or more, please call 1-800-687-7733 and ask for the Sales Department.
• Maximum occupancy of four persons per room.
  Bed type, smoking preference and other requests ARE NOTED BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED and will be honored on a space-available basis.
• Suites have only one king size bed in the room.
• One night room rate and tax will be charged to your credit card as a deposit. There is a 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. You will receive a full refund if reservation is cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.
• Room rates are subject to applicable county tax and $3.00 Resort fee per night. Subject to change without prior notification.
• By placing an order or making a reservation for goods or services offered or promoted herein, you will have deemed to have agreed to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts of the State of Nevada for resolution of any dispute you have relating to such goods or services.
